Hi! I'm Sylvie, though most call me Vie. I'm a black, independent, character design focused digital artist, so I felt the need to make a commissions carrd so people can view the relevant information needed.
Terms of Service ✿
✿ I, the artist, reserve the right to reject a commission if I believe I am incapable of completing it.
✿ I will not draw NSFW, hate against specific groups, or political art. Do not put my art into ai image generation, or use it for NFTs and cryptocurrencies.
✿ Before the artist starts a commission, half (50%) of the cost will be paid up front, and the other half paid once the art piece is completed.
✿ A full refund cannot be issued if the artist has started on the work. The client will not be able to receive the piece and the artist retains full ownership of the work and is allowed to post and adjust it nonetheless.
✿ If the client wants to use the piece for commercial use, they will pay double the price than the base rate and give credit. The artist will receive 5% of the profits in royalties.
✿ Unless the client asks specifically not to, I, the artist, am allowed to post the pieces online and will be adding them to my portfolio.
